Welcome to Exclusive Limousine Company. By booking or using our limousine services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservations and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our office.
- A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in cancellation fee.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of pickup) will be charged 100% of the fare.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Waiting Time and Overtime Charges
- For airport pickups, we allow a 30-minute grace period after flight arrival.
- For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period applies.
- Additional waiting time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the company’s hourly rate.
- Overtime beyond the reserved duration is subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Conduct and Responsibility
- The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the service.
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Excessive cleaning or damage caused by passengers (e.g., spills, stains, or vandalism) may result in a minimum $250 cleaning or repair fee.
- The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if passenger conduct endangers safety or violates these terms.
5. Liability
- Exclusive Limousine Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
- Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
6. Vehicle Substitution
- The company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity in cases of mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in vehicles licensed for it and for passengers of legal drinking age.
- The company assumes no responsibility for violations of local liquor laws by passengers.
8. Privacy and Data
- Client information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
- Exclusive Limousine Company does not share or sell personal data to third parties.
